The hotel has ideally furnished rooms with very good housekeeping, although it falls short in terms of service quality. The location is excellent, situated right in the middle of Panaji. The dining options could be improved, and the facilities are basic.
The hotel is located in the heart of Panjim, surrounded by nice restaurants and just a short walk from the famous Immaculate Conception Church. While the room lacked basic amenities like a glass for water, the owner personally ensures a good experience for guests and is helpful in fulfilling special requests like boiling Maggie noodles.
The hotel offers very good amenities with a pleasant garden view at 5.30pm. The service is preoccupied with administrative tasks but the staff are nice, warm, and kind. The location is nice, with many good dining options nearby in the center of Panjim. The dining experience is among the most frugal seen, a bit limited but to the mark, especially at the in-house restaurant. The facilities are modern and convenient.
